How to Use

Warm therapy: Microwave for 1–2 minutes. Always touch-test before placing on skin — it should feel warm and comfortable, not hot. Drape over neck and shoulders and use the straps to position as needed. Heating times vary by microwave wattage.

Cold therapy: Place in a sealed freezer bag and freeze for at least 1 hour. Apply to the neck and shoulders for cooling relief.
