How to Use
For heat therapy: Microwave for 30–45 seconds. Continue in 30-second increments to reach your desired temperature. Always do a touch test before applying to skin. Do not overheat.
For cold therapy: Place in a sealed freezer bag and freeze for a couple of hours until the desired temperature is reached.
How to Care
Remove the cotton cover and machine wash with like colors. Lay flat to dry and iron once dry. The inner pad is not washable — spot clean only.
