How to Use
For heat: Microwave for 30 seconds, check temperature, then add 15-second intervals until desired warmth is reached. Always test heat level before placing on skin. Do not overheat.
For cold: Place in a zip-lock bag and freeze for several hours. Remove from bag and apply to the desired area for soothing cold therapy.
