How to Use

Warm therapy: Microwave for 2–3 minutes. Always touch-test before placing on skin — it should feel warm and comfortable, not hot. Place on the affected area for soothing moist heat relief. Heating times vary by microwave wattage.

Cold therapy: Place in a sealed freezer bag and freeze for at least 1 hour. Apply to the affected area for cooling relief.
