How to Use
For warmth: Microwave for 30 seconds. Always do a touch test before placing over skin or eyes. Do not overheat.
For cold therapy: Place in a sealed freezer bag and freeze for at least one hour before use.
How to Care
Remove the cotton cover and hand-wash in warm or cold water with mild detergent. Lay flat to dry and warm iron if desired. The inner pillow is not washable — spot clean only.
